Why do we require a phone consultation?
Miami Pet Concierge values BOTH our human and pet clients. We require a phone consultation with all prospective clients before providing quotes for services. We need to get to know you and your pets because the more we know, the better care we can provide. We want to learn all about your pet’s personality, likes, dislikes, health, special needs, etc.
