It all started six months ago when I met with Nicole for an interview regarding the care for my Standard Poodle, Valentine. I warned her I was thinking of adopting a second. On her first day Nicole got a surprise to find Chelsea, my new boxer puppy mix waiting for her. Nicole had her hands full from the start and took on the surprise with gusto. I truly would never have survived without Nicole. She helped me with everything, from caring for the girl’s, to identifying Chelsea’s worms, to keeping them both on schedule with their Frontline and Heartgard. Nicole noticed a growth in Valentine’s mouth and encouraged me to have it looked at and removed. Having just lost our Golden Retriever to cancer after many surgeries, I was very reluctant, but she was right. Valentine is good as new and able to engage in all the mouthy play Chelsea is so fond of. The best thing about Nicole is that she is exceptionally reliable and truly loves her job. She is flexible, accommodates my crazy schedule and always makes sure the girls are safe. Valentine is 10, but has become like a pup, romping and playing and being a happy, happy girl. I think Nicole has added years to Valentine’s life. Little Chelsea is growing fast, and Nicole has taught her all her basic commands. I could not have my girls without Nicole, and I cannot thank her enough for all she does for us.

Max, my 10 year old German Shepherd, loves his swim coach Nicole! This past year he was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy and getting him into the pool for water therapy has really helped improve the strength in his back legs, helped his muslces not atrophy and he “loves” the rubdown he gets afterwards with the towels!
