As the person of a special needs pet, I couldnt manage without Miami Pet Concierge! Nicole is always there to help juggle Claus’ veterinary specialist apointments and she understands his individual issues. She is incredibly responsible and knowledgable in reporting and interpreting his medical information and caring for him when I cant be there. From beginning to end, my experience with Miami Pet Concierge was a positive one. Nicole displayed true professionalism and a very caring attitude. The contract was very comprehensive and professional (MPC is more than a “dog walker” service) and as we continued to make arrangements for Ginger’s care, it became very apparent to me that this was a top notch, well organized professional company. The day before we left on our trip, Nicole and her assistant came to my home to meet Ginger and go over a list of her behaviors, likes and dislikes. She asked about other services that may be needed, lights on and off, mail etc. I left for my trip with a confirming call from Nicole that morning stating she would be at the house and what time. Upon return Nicole followed up with an email to see how things were for Ginger. Everything was great, Ginger was happy, no accidents or mischievous behaviors. Ginger has a new friend!!
