30 Minute Home Visit – $20
$3 per additional cat, $5 per additional dog
Home visits begin at 7 AM and end at 7 PM, for walks earlier than 7 AM and/or later than 7 PM an additional $5 will be added per walk.

Overnight Pet Care – $60 per day
$3 per additional cat, $5 per additional dog
Overnight pet care includes 3 home visits per day at determined times by the client.

1 Hour Dog Park/Play Date Appointment – $35
$10 per additional dog
Includes transportation to and from dog park/play date appointment.

Grooming Appointment Transportation – $25
$10 per additional cat or dog
Includes pick-up and drop-off of pet to and from grooming appointment.

Veterinarian Appointment Transportation – $40
$10 per additional cat or dog
$30 per additional hour while accompanying your pet during their appointment
Includes pick-up and drop-off of pet to and from veterinarian appointment and pet sitter staying with pet(s) during visit.

Pet Store or Medication Pick-Up – $20
(plus cost of products purchased)
Includes shopping for clients pet store needs and or medication pickup.

Additional Services and Rates

  • Last Minute 30 Minute Pet Care Visit with key on file – $10.00 additional fee
  • Last Minute 30 Minute Pet Care Visit without key on file – $20.00 additional fee (this service includes key pick-up)
  • Nail Clipping – $5 per animal
  • Litter Box Change – $10 per box – Let one of our diligent staff members wash, dry and refill your litter box with fresh litter.
  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Keys – $10
  • Emergency Key Lockout – $20 – If you lock yourself out call Miami Pet Concierge to let you back in.

Holidays

An additional $5 per individual visit or $10 per overnight visit will be charged during the following Holidays:
President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

Consultations

Prior to starting service, Miami Pet Concierge requires a free in-home consultation with you and your pet(s). During this time you will have the opportunity to learn more about our services and provide detailed information about your pet(s) to allow us to better care for them while you are away. Subsequent consultations are available to discuss pet-behavior issues, to add new pets and/or to change daily routines at a rate of $30 per hour.

Payment Policies

  • All unpaid balances are due within 10 days from receipt of invoice and will accrue a $10 late fee every 5 days following.
  • Over Night Pet Care – for more than six days/seven nights a 50% deposit will be required two weeks prior to start of service.
  • Holiday Services – a 50% deposit will be required two weeks prior to the start of service.
  • Customer will be charged a fee of $35 per returned check.

Cancellations

All daily service cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for all reoccurring appointments or standard fees will be charged (the rate for one visit).

Overnight Pet Care customers may postpone or cancel service at least one week prior to the start date and the full 50% deposit made will be returned to the costumer minus a $35 service charge. If the customer decides to cancel or postpone and notifies Miami Pet Concierge in less than one week prior to the first date of service, then the customer acknowledges that the full deposit will not be refunded.
