Welcome to the
Miami Pet Concierge Family

We are excited to meet you & begin our friendship!

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US DURING YOUR NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION. WE WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING.
Welcome to the Miami Pet Concierge Family

Home

You will show us the areas of your home that pertain to your pet’s care. Where they eat, sleep, food and water location, toy area, litter box, etc. If a sitter is providing Overnight Pet Care, this is the time to show us where they will sleep, if there are any areas of the home that are off limits, provide us with WIFI information, trash & recycling location, and other information regarding the home.

Pets

This is the time we will discuss ALL THINGS regarding your pets. We need to know as much about their health and pet care needs as we do their personality, likes and dislikes. Tell us as much about your pets that you feel will be important for us to provide them with the best care possible.

Client Portal

New client portals must be complete including adding a credit card on file before your New Client Consultation. This allows us to become familiar with your pets before we meet. During our meeting, we will review the information provided and add any notes necessary. We will also explain in further detail our company policies, communication with your pet sitter, and how to use our portal system.

Lockbox and Keys

To provide the best service possible we do work from a lockbox system. A brand new lockbox is brought to this meeting and both the access code and location outside will be determined. We do require one house key on file in our main office for emergency purposes to be picked up during this time. For those homes that use a coded deadbolt or garage code, one house key is required as well. For those who live in apartment or highrises, we require two house keys and at least one building fob or access card.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Does your dog require more time outside?

Ask about our Dog Park visits. These field trips are perfect for those dogs who need to burn off any pent up energy!
