Tired of coming home in the middle of your work day to let your dog out for a potty break? Feel bad that you can’t get home because you’re stuck in an important meeting and your canine companion is home by himself?
Allow us to eliminate your stress by providing him with an afternoon dog walk. Perhaps he needs to burn off some pent up energy or simply sniff around like a bumble bee and use the restroom – we are here for you, both! We base our dog walks on quality, not time. Walks take place around your neighborhood and time outside is based on your dog’s age, breed, and health.
Do you travel often or are you planning that much-needed vacation? Allow us to provide you with the peace of mind knowing your pets are in their own home and well cared for. Our goal is to keep your pets’ routine the same so they stay comfortable and happy while you’re away.
We provide Pet Sitting services for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, small caged animals, and fish. We require at least two (2) visits per day for dogs and at least one (1) visit per day for all other pets.
Overnight Pet Care & Boarding
Some pets are just meant to stay home with all their creature comforts. One of our pet care specialists will stay in your home overnight with your pets while you are away so you can travel worry-free. We will arrive at 8 PM for our overnight pawjama party and stay until 8 AM the following morning. During this time we will take care of their PM and AM routines in that time span. Between 8 AM and 8 PM the following day, we will provide two “check-in” visits for potty breaks.
Boarding with Miami Pet Concierge isn’t like regular boarding. We like to call it “Sleep Away Camp”. While you’re traveling, your dog will be enjoying his “staycation” with us in the comfort of one of our homes. During their time with us, if allowed, he will join our own four legged kids on daily park visits, walks around the neighborhood, play sessions in the back yard and of course lots of naps to rest up for the next round of play. We only board one dog or family’s dogs at a time, as we are not a kennel. Dogs must be at least 1 year or older, spayed/neutered and fully potty trained. We only provide boarding for dogs less than 40 lbs.
Welcoming a new addition to the family is always exciting, but let’s face it… it takes a lot of work. Let us help you crate train your new puppy while you are at work. We will also provide them their midday meals, proper exercise and play, work on leash manners, and lots of socialization. Consistency and keeping a regular schedule is key in successful puppy raising.
Dog Park Visits
A trip to the park is the perfect option for those dogs that require additional exercise in the middle of the day. They will burn off some of their extra energy and you will come home to a more content pet. During our outing, they will run, play and socialize with other dogs. Park visits include transportation to and from the park.
If you have a shy or reclusive pet, talk to us about how we can help with the socialization process by taking him out on daily field trips.
Pet Taxi Service
Whether a day at the groomers, scheduled procedure at the vet, or a trip to the airport, we will transport your pet to and from their appointments for you. Need us to schedule your appointments. Let us know and we’d be happy to take this item off your to-do list!
*Proper equipment must be provided for each pet being transported.
Pet Supply Shop & Prescription Pickup
We’ll save you time by picking up pet supplies, prescription refills and/or any other items for your pet’s health and comfort. Give us the list and free yourself from weekend errands. For added convenience, allow us to schedule routine pickups on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Canine Massage Therapy
Like humans, dogs benefit from massage therapy too. Used for wellness, rehabilitation and/or working dogs, massage therapy will help eliminate any aches, pains, increase performance or simply make your dog feel well. Animal massage is deliberate and focused touching with each stroke being specific in pressure, direction and intention. The manipulation of muscles and skin promotes various physiological, neurological, and psychological effects in the animal’s body supporting both physical and emotional wellness. Massage also supports homeostasis, the body’s natural desire for balance. Important to note: Animal massage is never a substitute for veterinary medicine.
Here are just a few of the areas massage therapy is used for: Arthritis, Soreness, Skin Issues, Balance, Adrenal Fatigue, Stress and Anxiety, Behavior, Muscle Atrophy, Dysplasia, Post Surgery, Circulatory System, and Cancer treatments.
