Our Story - The Next Chapter
Miami Pet Concierge was founded in 2007 by Nicole Packin with the mission of providing Miami’s pet parents with personalized pet care while keeping their pets in the comfort of their own home.
January 2025 marked the start of a new chapter for Miami Pet Concierge when the husband-and-wife team of Claudia Teran and Neil Novellas took ownership. Claudia and Neil began as clients of Miami Pet Concierge in 2008 and since 2018 Claudia has been managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
They appreciate the foundation Nicole built and are devoted to building on Miami Pet Concierge’s 18-year history of providing best in class dog walking and in-home pet sitting services.
