One Woman, One Idea, One Mission: Keeping Miami’s Pets Happy at Home!
Who are we, and how did we begin? Let me share our story.
Miami Pet Concierge was born out of a passion for pets and a desire to meet a crucial need. After years of working in and around the shelter system, I realized that the two top reasons pets were surrendered were a lack of time and owner-pet care knowledge.
It was disheartening to see pet parents give up their beloved animals because they couldn’t manage their schedules or didn’t know how to provide the best care possible for their pets. Whether it was working late, a busy travel itinerary, the arrival of a new baby, or knowing how often a dog needed to be walked or how many litter boxes a cat needed, these reasons drove me to create a solution. I envisioned a business that would assist and empower pet parents with the knowledge and support to be the best pet parents possible and give them back more time!
With dedication, education, and hands-on support, my staff and I have worked with thousands of wonderful pets and their families, helping them live harmoniously together.
My love for animals has been a lifelong passion. Ask any of my family members, and they’ll tell you stories of how, as a child, I wanted to rescue every animal I encountered, whether it was a lizard, possum, cat, or dog. This love inspired me to create a business and a magical career filled with laughter, tail wags, and joyful meows.
My dedicated, professional, and loyal staff share this passion with me. We LOVE what we do and are committed to providing exceptional and quality care with your pet’s best interests at heart.

Since opening our doors in May 2007, our mission has been to offer Miami’s pet parents customized pet care plans tailored to their pets’ species, breed, age, health, and pet care needs, all within the comfort of their own home.
